Ways we can work together
1. Build on your own lot - If you own land and would like to build a custom home, we can build on your lot. We have a variety of floor plans to choose from. Perhaps you have a plan you've drawn on a napkin or saw a plan online. We can match that plan to the hundreds of plans in our database. We also have an in-house designer/drafter that can create/modify a plan to meet your needs.
2. Build on our lot - We have speculative homes in a variety of subdivisions and rural areas that are built with the same materials and details as our custom homes. If one of our speculative homes does not meet your needs, often, some lots are reserved for custom builds. We almost always have lots in areas that may not be listed. You are free to contact us and provide the area you are wanting to build and we can advise if we have land or anything coming to the area of interest.
3. Build on a lot you don't own - If you want to build on a lot you don't own, Michael's Homes can buy the lot. The lot cost is rolled into the cost of the home. This solution is perfect for homeowners that don't want to tie up money in land while looking for a builder.
